How to Reach BITS-Pilani, Goa Campus?
1. From Vasco-da-Gama Railway Station: Look out for our WAVES volunteers carrying the WAVES banners.
If you miss them, look for the BITS-Pilani, Goa Campus bus at the parking lot of the Vasco-da-Gama railway station.
Or else hire a taxi / autorickshaw from Vasco-da-Gama to BITS-Pilani Goa Campus. Do not pay more than Rs.100/- for an autorickshaw or Rs. 150/- for a taxi
2. From Panjim Bus Station: Either hire a taxi from Panjim to BITS-Pilani, Goa Campus. A Tata Sumo as a taxi should not exceed Rs. 400/- or Maruti Omni as a taxi should not exceed Rs. 350/-
You can take a shuttle service bus from Panjim bus station to Vasco-da-Gama which runs at frequent intervals.
Our volunteers might not be present here to help you.
3. From Margaon Railway Station: Either hire a taxi from Margaon to BITS-Pilani, Goa Campus. A Tata Sumo as a taxi should not exceed Rs. 400/- or Maruti Omni as a taxi should not exceed Rs. 350/-
You can take a shuttle service bus from Margaon bus station to Vasco-da-Gama which runs at frequent intervals.
Our volunteers might not be present here to help you.
4. From the Goa Airport: Either hire a taxi / autorickshaw from the airport to BITS-Pilani Goa Campus.
NOTE: Picking up of participants is subject to availability of transportation facility. The number of candidates requiring transportation facility should exceed a minimum of 4. Exceptions may be made in special cases. Participants need to inform us at least a week in advance by emailing us at the email of the respective accommodation person given in site. Confirmations will be emailed to you.
Inside the campus, alight at the Reception Desk. Directions to reach the Reception Desk will be present inside the campus.

Accommodation will be provided to all the registered out-station participants inside the campus premises. We will also provide mattresses, pillows during your stay. You will be asked to share rooms with other participants. Requests for single rooms will not be entertained. You are suggested to register for accommodation before you reach the campus to ensure your accommodation in the campus.
The various options for food during your stay are the following:
1. Mess (Coupons shall be issued inside the mess upon payment of money.)
2. Two cafeterias inside the campus
3. Extra eateries put up during the festival
Note: All the rules and regulations of the BITS-Pilani, Goa Campus will be applicable to all out-station participants staying in the campus during the festival.

Come, be a part of WAVES 08 and experience the state of statelessness. Nirvana is the only thing that you seek while you’re here for WAVES 08 at BITS Pilani Goa Campus. We the Reception n Accommodation team will gladly assist you in getting here and making your stay at BITS more comfortable and enjoyable. Our team of REC n ACC will work round the clock to ensure your comfort and take care of your accommodation at nominal charges.
We can help you better if you intimate us about your plans in advance, so that appropriate arrangements can be made. Also, due to limited resources, we may not be in a position to offer accommodation to all of our outstation participants. We recommend that you register your team sufficiently in advance by providing us necessary details in order to avoid inconvenience. We request the group leader from the college to mention details of all students of that college who are seeking accommodation, including the events each member in the group is participating in.

Accomodation will be provided only against a valid student ID card (to be presented on request at the festival).
